Refund & Returns Policy

At Ksetra, we strive to provide the highest quality products to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned, including:
❌ Perishable goods such as food items.
❌ Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

Return Process

To initiate a return, you must provide:

✔️ A detailed explanation of the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or phone. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

🔹 Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
🔹 Reach out to your bank, as there may be delays in posting the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. To request an exchange, email us at prakashchetan2001@gmail.com or call +91 99598 55033 and provide proof of damage (e.g., photographs).

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to:
🚚 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
